Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information, written to the Australian Privacy Principles rather than copied from a generic template.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
AI Digital Marketings Pty Ltd (ABN 36 992 123 406) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information, and applies to aidigitalmarketings.com.au and to the services we provide to clients.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where the Act does not strictly bind a business of our size, we have chosen to apply the APPs as our standard regardless.
1. What personal information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, when you submit an enquiry form on this site.
- Enquiry content — whatever you choose to tell us about your business goals and current marketing.
- Client engagement information — where you become a client, the business and billing information needed to deliver and invoice the work.
- Technical and usage data — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through analytics. See our Cookie Policy for detail on this.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health, racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions) and ask that you do not send it to us.
2. How we collect and hold it
We collect personal information directly from you — through this website’s enquiry forms, by email, or in conversation during an engagement. Where lawful and practicable, you may deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym, though we generally cannot deliver services without contact details.
Information is held in access-controlled systems operated by us and by the service providers described in section 6. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and deleting information we no longer need.
3. Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal or audit you requested;
- deliver, manage and report on the services you engage us for;
- issue invoices and manage payments;
- improve this website and understand how it is used;
- send marketing communications where you have opted in — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly; and
- meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for another organisation’s direct marketing.
4. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Email aidigitalmarketingsseo@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.
There is no charge for making a request. If we refuse access or a correction, we will tell you why in writing and explain how to complain.
5. Making a complaint
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, email aidigitalmarketingsseo@gmail.com with details of the concern. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it, and respond in writing — ordinarily within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au, by phone on 1300 363 992, or by writing to GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001.
6. Overseas disclosure
We use reputable third-party providers to run this website and our business, and some store or process data outside Australia. Based on our current providers, personal information may be disclosed to recipients in the United States and the European Union.
These currently include our website hosting and form-delivery providers (Vercel and Resend, United States) and analytics providers. Before disclosing information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.
7. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will contain and assess it, notify affected individuals, and notify the OAIC where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
9. Contact us
For any privacy question or request, contact AI Digital Marketings Pty Ltd, Epping VIC 3076, Australia — or email aidigitalmarketingsseo@gmail.com.
